The China-America Association for Public Affairs (CAAPA), established in 2008, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting research and academic exchanges between American and Chinese researchers, teachers, practitioners, and students of public administration and public affairs; and advancing the science, processes, and art of public administration and public affairs.
